Latex Repair Cement No. 9

Fitting room cement is a solvent based adhesive of medium viscosity. It can be used as a combining adhesive for various fabrics or leather prior to stitching. The final bond line remains soft and flexible. Also suitable for bonding latex, and is commonly used in rubber garment manufacturing. Download the SDS here.

This product is used to repair rubber garments. Please not use this product without the proper knowledge and training.

When repairing rubber we recommend you put all your glues, solvents and acetone into tight glass jars for storage. This will eliminate the smells from leaking, evaporation and make the products last longer overall.

Warning:

When using the Glue and Solvent it's important to be doing it all in a well ventilated work area and with the right protection. If you're doing small patch jobs, just chuck on a face mask. However, we recommend a proper chemical respirator as the solvent is toxic for your lungs and is carcinogenic.

Do NOT allow any of the cement to TOUCH YOUR HANDS. Use gloves when you handle the cement. Any cheap disposable latex gloves are perfect as you will need to throw out a few pairs when doing the one job.
